On August 2nd 2009 Fairview Firefighters were dispatched at 8:48 AM on Sunday morning for a motor vehicle collision on East Cedar Street. The collision occured on East Cedar Street between Forest Avenue and Lakeview Avenue. Upon arrival firefighters found a sedan had driving into a small dump truck parked on the side of the street. No one was in the dump truck at the time of the accident. The driver of the vehicle was treated on the scene and transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
